  • 12 oz Cream cheese 12
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or other Low Carp powdered sugar as per your choice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract


  • Take a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer and beat the cream cheese and butter until it becomes smooth and silky
  • Now add the sweetener and vanilla then continue to beat until it becomes very light and creamy
  • Only if you need, adjust sweetness with more powdered sweetener for best taste
  • Store it in the refrigerator until ready to use; repeat the same of hand mixer use until fluffy and light before using


Note: If you want to make soften your cream cheese, just remove it from the wrap, cube it, and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 5 to 10-seconds, Only until soft but not liquid
