This is my favorite recipe. Preparing it in the rainy season is even better.
Once you taste this, you will use this soup several times. The soup is delicious when it comes to soup with pepper and chicken broth.
Usually, I do not eat this soup. The reason I drink this is that I have a sinus problem. It is a little relaxing when consumed hot. This is also best for your ketogenic. But this must be taken in moderation.

It is made with mixing of mushroom, egg, sauce, pork, etc. It is readily available in all Chinese restaurants.
Pepper content in this soup makes it hot and spicy. This sour soup is healthy and keto-friendly.

Is hot and sour soup keto-friendly
The answer is yes and it is low in carb. So this soup is perfect for ketogenic. So you can prepare the delicious keto hot and sour soup recipe.
Ingredients for making keto hot and sour soup
Scallion is best because red onions are high in sugar content. This is why we have chosen these scallions.
Black pepper is a perfect combo. Buy pepper and grind well rather than buying powder.
The chicken that is suitable for boiling the breast.
✅ Salt As per your servings.
✅ Carrot Finely chops the fresh carrot.
Fresh mushroom is best. You can also buy the organic dried mushrooms; Only, If it is not available, I am using the shiitake-Pilze mushroom. But if you buy dried mushroom, you need to rehydrate for a few minutes.
✅ Eggs – 1 egg.
✅ Bamboo shoots – Finely chop the shoots. You can buy it from the nearby store. It is low carb and gluten-free
✅ paprika and vinegar powder
✅ Coconut Aminos
✅ Ginger – do not use paste
✅ Red Chilli – 2 to 3 red chilies.
Preparation of hot and sour soup
Let’s see how to do it. You can even try this with beef stock instead of chicken for this keto hot and sour soup.
Soup with cream Mushroom Tastes good. You can also add green chilies if needed.
Homemade chicken broth
The very first step is to make chicken broth. It is available in your nearby stores, but homemade is best for this hot soup.
Take a cooker and put the chicken in it. Add bay leaf, onion, garlic and carrot to it. Finally, pour water into it.
Then close the simmer for a couple of minutes. Then the water has to be filtered, and the broth is ready.
Note: You can also try beef instead of chicken. But our opinion is check broth, and shiitake mushroom is a perfect combo.
Step 1: Chop the shiitake mushroom first. You can also use different mushrooms.
Step 2: Then take the chicken and make the broth for soup (2-3 cups).
Step 3: After that, mix chicken broth with garlic, ginger, red chili, and finally add chicken breast and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4: Then add the vinegar, paprika, salt, and stir well.
Step 5: Include the chopped mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and cook for a few minutes.
Step 6:Now once the soup is boiled, then stir the egg well
