Homemade Keto Eggnog Recipe:

Isn’t homemade always better? Yes! I do not like the store-bought packets of eggnog. We all know that eggnog is sold in stores countrywide throughout the holidays.

It is also a great option to compromise when you are already spending countless hours preparing holiday meals.

I have made this recipe very simple to follow; you can even ask the kids to make it the morning and let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving to your guest.

This creamy and rich and eggnog that is a substitute for traditional eggnog because the eggs are cooked. When served chilled and topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a scattering of cinnamon and nutmeg,

There are four ways to make this Keto Eggnog Recipe:

  1. Alcohol-Free Eggnog – You can use rum extract for taste and add cashew milk or almond milk
  2. Five Minutes Eggnog – Add all of the ingredients in a food processor (either just egg yolks or whole eggs for creamy). Serve cool or with ice. It will not as creamy as the cooked way, but 100% sure it can be a fuss-free!
  3. Classic Eggnog– The best way to make keto eggnog is with cooked egg yolks making it fantastic creamy.
  4. Classic Eggnog with Egg Whites- Once the eggnog is cooled, beat the egg whites until they generate soft peaks. Softly mix the fluffy egg whites into the cooled eggnog until frothy and well mixed.

keto eggnog booze

Keto Eggnog Booze

It is entirely your own choice, but I highly recommended you go either for bourbon or dark rum: both zero carbs and tasty combinations.

But while the American Revolutionary War, the stock of rum dried out, and the bourbon started to be used as an additional. So, both bourbon and rum are the traditional alcohols of choice.

But when it comes to keto part, you should know your limits as booze can hit your way tougher. I use a 3/4 cup here, but anyway, from half to one cup will work fantastic. Or else you pour for taste.
