Very thin cream cheese frosting is just my cream cheese glaze. Use butter, sweetener extract, Cream cheese, and then a little cream to thin it out. Mostly I keep it on the thicker side.

For example, if I like to use it on donuts, I will warm these donuts and melt. It will make my work very simple and easy.

Ingredients for the Keto Cream Cheese Glaze

Cream cheese

Swerve confectioners(or powdered erythritol) or as needed

Heavy cream

Hot water or as needed

Pure maple extract

Pure vanilla extract

Measurement of ingredients may vary according to your main recipe needs

Add the cream in a bowl and slightly heat in the microwave to soften it, but please do not completely melt it.

Add in the vanilla extracts and maple, then the swerve (the sweetness level as per your preference) and heavy cream.

75g of Erythritol

2 tablespoons of Almond Milk

25 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

5 tablespoon of Coconut Oil

STEP 1 – In a mixing bowl, beater the almond milk with erythritol until it becomes smooth. Then, mix in the vanilla essence (Instead of vanilla extract you can also use orange or almond essence).

STEP 2 – Then, add cooled and melted coconut oil to the icing and beater until it is completely incorporated.
