How to make chewy keto chocolate chip cookies
Bonus Tips 1: Before starting and adding to the butter mixture, mix all the dry ingredients. This will help lightly expend the baking powder and xanthan gum throughout the batter.
Bonus Tips 2: You are looking to melt the butter. You can use a saucepan to soften it when you don’t like melting the butter in the microwave if you need your cookies to melt in the oven. This melted butter helps for the process, as well as using 100% erythritol too.
Step 1 – First Preheat an oven forced fan to 180C (360F)

The Beef gelatin powder is a keto baking ingredient. Pork or beef of gelatin powder gives cookies and other keto baked goods a chewy feel, and you can quickly get it online or your local grocery store.
Instructions to make it nut-free
Step 1– Heat the oven to 350 degrees and streak a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2-Put the cream cheese and butter in a big bowl and place it in the microwave for the next 20-30 seconds until it becomes soft. Beat all together until consistency. Then add heavy whipping cream, eggs, and vanilla extract and continue to beat again.
Step 3-In another, a separate bowl, combine the erythritol, beef gelatin powder. Coconut flour and baking powder. In two sets, add the dry to the wet as you mix.
