Cauliflower – 3 Cups

Olive or Avacado oil

Milk

Chopped Onions(3)

Garlic – 4 piece

✅ Salt

✅ Cream Cheese

✅ Paprika

✅ Fresh Thyme

✅ Vegetable Stock- 2 Cup

Preparation of  Vegan Cauliflower Soup

Make Vegetable Stock

The first is to gather Vegetables and Herbs and Then chop all the vegetables. Then boil the vegetables in water for a while. Then drain the boiling water and store and cool. Yes, you made healthy vegetable stock.

Now make the delicious low carb keto soup in 20 minutes.

Step 1: Take a baking sheet and put the roasted Cauliflower in it and mix it well.

Step 2: Then add in the olive oil and paprika and stir well for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Take the cooking utensils(crockpot is best) or cooker and pour the olive oil and heat for 2 minutes.

Step 4: After the olive oil is well heated. Add chopped garlic cloves, onion, and cook well.

Step 5: Once the onions are well-boiled, add fresh thyme, and cook.

Step 6. Then add the cauliflower cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7. Now time to add the vegetable stock and simmer for 15 minutes and then blend.

Step 8. Add the dairy-free cream and enjoy the vegan cauliflower soup.
