- Bring all of your ingredients in one place
- Take three slices of bacon and place it in a large pan and cook until it becomes crispy. Then place the bacon on a paper towel to drain out the unnecessary oil
- Now, beat well the eggs with salt in a bowl and fold it in the cheddar cheese.
- Then in over medium heat cook the eggs, in the same pan where you cooked the bacon for 30 seconds. Start to scramble and cook it for another 1 minute. After the eggs are cooked, kept them aside.
- Cook the pork sausage in a pan, with a splash of olive oil, until it becomes well browned and kept this aside
- You have to clean the pan to make the tortilla for this simple keto burrito cheese wrap.
- Set the pan over medium heat. Sprinkle mozzarella in an even layer over the pan, make sure the bottom is covered evenly.
- Now cook the tortilla for about 2 minutes or until the edges become nicely golden-brown, and you can lift it without a problem.
